GREENDELT: The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has agreed in principle to buy a floor space of 8,847 sft. at Rupayan Golden Age, 99 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka at a cost of Tk. 14,31,67,300.00 only.

PRIMEFIN: As per regulation 30 of DSE listing Regulations, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 07, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. to transact the following businesses : 1. Approval of Audited Financial Statements along with Auditors' Report thereon, 2. Recommendation of Dividend and 3. Fixation of Record date, Venue, Date, Time and agenda for 14th AGM.

ICB: In response to a DSE query, the corporation has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the corporation for recent unusual price hike.

MPETROLEUM: SEC has warned the Company, its Directors, Managing Director and Company Secretary for non-compliance with securities related laws in connection with audited financial statements for the year ended on June 30, 2008.

MODERNIN: SEC has warned the Company, its Directors, Managing Director and Company Secretary for non-compliance with securities related laws in connection with audited financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2008.

ULC: Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date i.e. 03.03.2010.

DHAKABANK: Trading of the shares of the Bank will remain suspended on record date i.e. 03.03.2010.

AIMS1STMF: As per audited accounts as on 30.06.09, the Fund has reported net profit of Tk. 55.32 m. with Realized Earnings Per Unit of Tk. 0.33 as against Tk. 84.20 m. and Tk. 0.50 respectively as on 30.06.08.

* As per audited accounts as on 30.06.08, the Fund has reported net profit of Tk. 84.20 m. with Earnings Per Unit of Tk. 0.50 as against Tk. 51.05 m. and Tk. 0.36 respectively as on 30.06.07.

ICB M FUND: On the close of operation on 23.02.2010, the ICB Mutual Funds have reported Net Asset Value (NAV) for First ICB M.F. of Tk. 9,486.11, Second ICB M. F. of Tk. 2,765.60, Third ICB M. F. of Tk. 2,138.19, Fourth ICB M. F. of Tk. 2,230.42, Fifth ICB M.F. of Tk. 1,973.91, Sixth ICB M. F. of Tk. 759.82, Seventh ICB M. F. of Tk. 1,167.89 and Eighth ICB M.F. of Tk. 870.52 per unit on current market price basis against face value of Tk. 100.00 each. Whereas, on the basis of Cost Price, Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit of the said 8 ICB Mutual Funds were Tk. 1,172.19, Tk. 651.67, Tk. 503.18, Tk. 495.38, Tk. 327.65, Tk. 228.43, Tk. 248.58 and Tk. 225.31 respectively against face value of Tk. 100.00 each.

LANKABANFIN:First Gulf Asia Holdings Limited, one of the Corporate Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has reported its intention to sell 15,00,000 shares out of its total holdings of 50,60,000 shares of the Company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working day.
